- The rink is on the Ground Level of The Dubai Mall. Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station on the Red Line connects to the mall by an air-conditioned walkway.
- The mall and the rinkside spectator areas are step-free, lift-served and stroller friendly. Skating on the ice itself is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Skate hire is included with your session; bring thick socks, and gloves are strongly recommended.
- Penguin and seal skating aids can be hired at the rink for children and first-timers.
- Marshals are on the ice throughout the session to help beginners.
