Holidayys is the trading name of Holidays Tours LLC, a tours and travel company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell attraction tickets, desert safaris, dhow cruises, city tours and transfers across the UAE — Burj Khalifa, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Global Village, Dubai Frame and the Louvre Abu Dhabi among them — and, through vetted partner operators, experiences in destinations well beyond the Emirates.

What we do
We curate attraction tickets, day tours, desert safaris, cruises and transfers across the whole of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah — and show the full price before you pay. Alongside them is a wider marketplace of experiences from vetted operators worldwide.
Everything listed here is bookable in real time. Availability and prices come straight from the operator's own reservation system, so what you see on the page is what is actually free on the day.
How booking works
A booking with us is deliberately short:
- Choose your experience, date and party size, and see the full price before you commit.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach our servers.
- Once your payment goes through, we confirm the booking in the operator's reservation system. Your confirmation code appears on screen, and a confirmation email from bookings@holidayys.com follows with the details and a link to Manage booking. If a booking cannot be confirmed, your payment is refunded automatically.
- Your booking page is your voucher: save it, print it or add it to your calendar, and reopen it any time from Manage booking with your confirmation code and email.
- Cancellation follows each experience's own policy, shown on its page before you pay.
Who you are dealing with
Holidays Tours LLC is a tours and travel company based in Dubai. Our head office is a real place you can walk into, and we run two further offices — one in Al Karama, Dubai, and one in Kerala, India.
We are also a supplier on the major travel marketplaces, Viator among them, and our experiences appear in Google Things to Do — so our listings are reviewed by those platforms before they go live, not only by us.
Getting in touch
Questions before you book, and changes to a booking you have already made, reach the same team by phone, WhatsApp or email. If you have a booking, include its confirmation code — it is in your confirmation email and on your booking page.

Is Holidayys a real company?
Yes. Holidayys is the trading name of Holidays Tours LLC, a tours and travel company with its head office at Shop #35 Wilson Building B, 2nd December Street, Al Jafiliya, Dubai UAE. Every booking on this website is contracted with Holidays Tours LLC, which also takes the payment.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment goes through, we confirm the booking in the operator's own reservation system. Your confirmation code appears on screen, and we email it to you from bookings@holidayys.com with the details of your booking. If a booking cannot be confirmed, your payment is refunded automatically and we email you to say so — we never keep money for a booking that is not confirmed.
How do I get my tickets?
Your booking page is your voucher. It shows your confirmation code, and you can save or print it or add it to your calendar. Your confirmation email links to Manage booking, where your confirmation code and the email you booked with open it again at any time.
Can I cancel a booking?
It depends on the experience. Each product page shows its cancellation policy before you pay: some can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before, others are non-refundable. To cancel, open your booking under Manage booking and request it there, or contact us.
How can I pay?
By card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach our servers.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong on the day?
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 4 589 0001, with your confirmation code. A problem at the gate is best sorted while you are still there.
