Dubai Garden Glow tickets: what you pay, when it opens and what the venue says about refunds

The banner on the venue's home page says Dubai Garden Glow is now next to Dubai Frame at Zabeel Park, Gate 3. Its ticket gives access to two parks at one destination: a Dinosaur Park and a Fantasy Park.

The venue describes the Dinosaur Park as more than 100 animatronic life-size dinosaurs that move and roar, arranged by era from the Triassic and Jurassic to the late Cretaceous. It describes the Fantasy Park as giant colourful set-ups blended with natural flowers.

The venue's pages name no season or end date. Its booking calendar, read on 4 November 2026, accepts dates until 31 May 2027.

The venue's home page gives Sunday to Saturday, 16:00 to 21:00. Our listing instead gives Wednesday to Monday, 16:00 to 21:00, closed on Tuesdays except public holidays, and says the hours change with the season.

The venue's live pages do not close on Tuesdays: its booking calendar, read on 4 November 2026, offered Tuesday dates. The difference has a source. An older copy of the venue's home page, listed in its sitemap but not linked from its menu and last modified on 2 May 2026 against 28 October 2026 for the live home page, gives four parks and Wednesday to Monday, 16:00 to 21:00, closed every Tuesday, which is what our listing says. We have two different answers and promise neither, so confirm a Tuesday with the venue before planning it.

The venue sells one pass, an Entry Ticket, at AED 73.5 on its home page, its packages page and its booking step. The step asks for a date and a number of tickets and shows no separate adult or child fare. The terms allow single entry only.

Children under 3 enter free, and the terms charge ages 3 and above at the normal rate. People of Determination ID holders plus one companion enter free. Our listing covers travellers aged 3 and over, and says children under 3 go in free.

The venue's terms say tickets are non-refundable in any circumstances, and that it may change timings or close attractions without compensation. Our listing says free cancellation up to 1 day before the visit. The two differ, so read the terms of the channel you book through.

The address is Zabeel Park, Gate 3, Area A, Dubai. The venue names Max Fashion station on the Red Line, and our listing still uses its old name, Al Jafiliya, which RTA replaced in 2021; it is one station. The venue also names the Al Jafalia bus station.

Our listing says parking is on site and the paths are flat and paved, suitable for wheelchairs and strollers, and that much of the visit is outdoors.

The venue allows no outside food or drink, no smoking and no pets. Cars, balls, scooters, bicycles and hoverboards are not allowed, the terms ask for respectful attire, and professional shoots need the venue's approval.

The venue's FAQ says two hours is enough to see both parks. Our listing allows two and a half hours.
