Uncover the true essence of the main characters of the Medici Family, Lorenzo the Magnificent, Cosimo the Elder or Piero the Unfortunate. But also explore the amazing palaces of enemy families like the Strozzi, Albizi, and Pazzi.
Together we will visit the Palazzo Medici, a famous architectural work of the fifteenth century and the beautiful Chapel of the Magi, which was painted by Benozzo Gozzoli. We will also visit a secret place where the genius Michelangelo learned to sculpt, under the shadow of one of Donatello’s pupils, the Bertoldo.

Palazzo Medici Riccardi
The palace where the famous Medici family lived. You will visit the Chapel of the Magi, frescoed in the fifteenth century with the real portraits of the family members; the magnificent cloister where the park full of statues began and more notably, where Michelangelo learned to sculpt, the wonderfull rooms where the famous Michelangel, Marsillo Ficino, Agnolo Poliziano, Pico della Mirandola, and many other artists and philosophers. Later, we will walk outside and stop to see important buildings for the history of the Medici family and of Florence and where many scenes of the tv series have been filmed "The Medici".
