Next, visit the Mud Volcanoes of Gobustan for 45 minutes to learn why Azerbaijan has the most mud volcanoes in the world. Then, spend 15 minutes at the Bibi-Heybat Mosque, a key Islamic monument. Continue to the site of the world’s first mechanically drilled oil well from 1846. Stop at Ateshgah Fire Temple for an hour to admire the eternal flame.
