The Welcome: The sensory journey into Puglia's deep roots officially begins in Polignano a Mare! It's time for introductions and immersing ourselves in the vibrant energy of this village. Urban Trek in the Village: We will get lost together in the historic center's alleys. Let the sea breeze from the spectacular cliff overlooking the sea caress you. The squares teem with artisan shops and local spots, ideal for a first stop. The colorful houses facing the Adriatic exude all the energy of this ancient, lively, and fascinating village. Here, we'll have the opportunity to taste delicious, freshly caught seafood. Accommodation & Free Time: After a first introduction to our E-Bikes (weather permitting), check-in at the accommodation and free dinner. Relaxation and authenticity await you from the first minute.

Underground Mysteries & UNESCO E-Bike Tour (Alberobello - Max 5km)
An intense day, optimized for culture and emotion, thanks to the help of logistics: Underground Mysteries: We start with a Strategic Minivan Transfer to the Caves of Castellana, where you can dedicate precious time to exploring one of Italy's most spectacular karst complexes. In the Heart of UNESCO by E-Bike (Max 5km): Subsequent Strategic Transfer to Alberobello. Here, we will leave the Minivan for an E-Bike Tour through the streets of the Trulli capital. You will be the protagonist of the bike exploration of this village, unique in the world. This is your "slow-motion" day. A short but intensely beautiful ride: Cycling through Rural Landscapes (Max 19km): With our E-Bikes, we will cover just 19 km along rural paths, guaranteeing an experience of pure immersion in the Trulli countryside. We will deliberately avoid the busiest sections for total relaxation. Locorotondo, the Garden of Puglia: Arrival and free time to explore the village, known for its circular shape and flowered balconies. Sunset Relaxation: Enjoy the afternoon in the village, a perfect moment to recharge your energy and savor the authenticity of the place. Accommodation and typical dinner in Locorotondo.

The Apulian Aqueduct & Mozzarella Experience
Another day of intelligent logistics that maximizes time on the most fascinating routes. The Minivan that Makes the Difference: We will start with a Strategic Minivan Transfer to reach Cisternino, a privileged access point to the Apulian Aqueduct Cycling Route (Ciclovia dell'Acquedotto Pugliese).
