- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled flight at our site in Madinat Al Irfan.
- There is no age limit for flying. However, children aged 2 years and above require their own seat.
- Wear comfortable, fitting clothing. Loose or flowing garments are discouraged for safety reasons.
- Dangerous or prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, flammables, sharp objects) are not allowed on board.
- All tickets are subject to final confirmation. Operator will notify you once your flight is officially confirmed.
- Please inform us in advance if any passenger has reduced mobility, a physical disability, or weighs more than 100 kg (220 lbs), as this is essential for safety and proper weight distribution.
