Step into the world of Japanese mixology on this intimate cocktail tour through four tucked-away bars in Tokyo’s upscale Ebisu neighborhood. Led by a local expert, you’ll sip your way through a variety of Japanese flavors like a local - from house-infused spirits and craft tea cocktails to sake and small-batch whiskey - all while learning about the culture, craft, and history behind them.
Expect exclusive access to secret speakeasies and artisan bars where seasoned bartenders might even shake up something just for you. Each stop includes a carefully selected cocktail, a small plate, and insights into the philosophies that define Japan’s cocktail scene. Cover charges are all taken care of by us as well!

We're getting a little experimental at this next stop - all of these cocktails have a Japanese twist that you might not expect!

Last but definitely not least, you're getting to witness the original creations of a master at work. These cocktails will really make you question if you're dealing with a simple drink still or rather a work of art!
