Your tasting will take place in our charming outdoor garden, where you can relax in a serene and natural setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As you sip on five carefully selected wines, each glass will be paired with a delicious local specialty, thoughtfully chosen to enhance the flavors of the wine.

Wine & Food Pairings:

Chiaretto Spumante Brut DOC – Paired with a traditional Italian appetizer.

White or Sparkling Wine – Served with polenta and trout in saor, a Venetian specialty.

Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC – Accompanied by a rustic bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes and creamy stracciatella.

Bardolino Classico DOC Red Wine – Perfectly matched with soppressa (a traditional cured meat) and local cheese.

Still or sparkling water will also be provided.
