Discover Oman’s spectacular underwater world on a guided snorkeling trip to the Daymaniyat Islands, Oman’s premier marine reserve. Cruise from Muscat through turquoise waters and explore vibrant coral reefs, colorful fish, turtles, and rays with a friendly, knowledgeable Omani captain.

Meet at the SeaOman office at 8am to collect your equipment, followed by a safety briefing and a scenic 45-minute boat ride to the islands. Visit two carefully selected snorkeling locations, with around one hour at each spot, before returning to the marina at approximately 1pm.

From November to April, enjoy the islands’ sandy beaches and rocky scenery. From May to October, beach access is closed to protect nesting turtles and birds, while snorkeling remains excellent. Suitable for all levels, families, couples, and groups, with accessible boat options available on request.

    Arrival & Check-in

    Meet your crew at the designated departure point and receive a short briefing about the 5-hour adventure to the Daymaniyat Islands.

    Boat Departure

    Set off by boat towards the protected island reserve, enjoying scenic views of Oman’s coastline along the way.

  3. 3

    First Snorkelling Stop

    Arrive at your first snorkelling site and dive into crystal-clear waters to explore vibrant coral reefs and marine life, including colourful fish and sea turtles.

  4. 4

    Second Snorkelling Location

    Move to another selected spot within the islands for a different underwater experience, with chances to see rays, eels, and more diverse marine ecosystems.

  5. 5

    Relax & Refresh

    Take a break onboard, enjoy snacks and refreshments, and relax in the shaded seating area while anchored in calm waters.

  6. 6

    Return Journey

    Cruise back to the departure point while enjoying the final views of the open sea and concluding your snorkeling adventure.
