Hop on a real Arctic adventure as we chase the Northern Lights through the Lapland wilderness.

This isn’t not a sightseeing tour — it’s a full-on chasing to witness one of nature’s most epic shows.You'll travel in a comfortable minibus, far away from the city lights, guided by real-time forecasts and a local expert. Your guide will take you to where the skies are clearest and the auroras most likely to appear.

While we wait for the magic to unveil, you’ll be warming up by the fire with a traditional Lappish BBQ and hear stories about Lapland, Arctic life and the science behind the auroras.

This tour blends comfort, adventure and flexible timing: we’ll go as far and as long as needed — It gives you the best shot at seeing the Northern Lights.

Non inclus

  • We don’t provide thermal clothing, so please come dressed comfortably in your own layers.
  • The tour can last up to 12 hours, so you can take some snacks and drinks with you if you wish in addition to the BBQ, which we will have during the tour

Itinéraire

    Meeting point at Lapland Royal Adventures Main Office, Maakuntakatu 31, or pick up.

    We will meet you at our Lapland Royal Adventures office before the activity begins, or we will pick you up, after which we will start the activity and the Northern Lights hunt.

    Northern Lights hunt

    We begin the hunt for the magical Northern Lights. Our guides have checked the latest weather forecasts and solar activity charts to ensure that you will spot the and enjoy the view of the Northern Lights. When we find the Northern Lights our guide will take professional quality pictures of you with the Northern lights.

    Barbecue

    After we have spotted the Northern Lights we will enjoy traditional Finnish sausage BBQ and some warm juice.

  4. 4

    Return to home

    After the Northern light sightings and BBQ, we will return to Rovaniemi city. Thank you for the tour and good night;)

    Pictures

    Within 48 hours, you will receive a link to your email, from which you can download the pictures of you with the Northern Lights.
