About this experience
Madame Tussauds Dubai stands on Bluewaters Island, next to Ain Dubai and a short walk across the bridge from JBR. It is the first Madame Tussauds in the GCC, and it is designed to be walked into rather than looked at: the figures stand in open sets and you are meant to pose with them, touch them and photograph them. Seven themed zones cover Music Party, Fashion, Film, Leaders, Media, Bollywood and Sport, with around 60 figures between them - Queen Elizabeth, Vin Diesel, Kylie Jenner, Narendra Modi, Shah Rukh Khan and Cristiano Ronaldo among them, alongside sixteen Middle Eastern personalities sculpted specifically for this location. Each figure takes a team of sculptors several months to make, and the detail holds up at arm's length, down to individually punched hairs. Most visitors spend around an hour inside, longer with a group that is photographing everything. The venue is fully indoors and air-conditioned, and photography is permitted throughout - it is the point of the visit. Your ticket is emailed to you.
