Dubai Dolphinarium tickets: what you pay, when the shows run and which age rules apply

The venue's Shows & Prices page lists the Dolphin and Seal Show at 11:00, 14:00 and 18:00 and the Exotic Bird Show at 12:15, 15:15 and 19:15, both daily except Tuesdays.

The same page lists the Meet & Greet, the Majestic Swim and the Educational Tour as daily, yet its date picker, read on 4 November 2026, skips every Tuesday from Wednesday 4 to Monday 30 November. The two statements differ, so ask the venue before planning a Tuesday for those sessions.

The terms ask guests to arrive at least 45 minutes before the show. The ticket step for the 14:00 show on 5 November said ticket sales would end at 14:15 that day.

The venue's plan-your-visit page says show timings vary by day and points to its website for the latest schedule. Our listing's start times include 12:00, 15:00 and 16:00, which do not appear in the venue's schedule, so take the time for your date from the venue's own page.

The Dolphin and Seal Show's ticket step prices two categories on regular seating: Adult, for ages 12 and over, at AED 112, and Child, for ages 2 to 11, at AED 62. We read it for the 14:00 show on 5 November 2026 and for all three showtimes on 7 November 2026, and the prices were the same each time.

A child ticket holder must be accompanied by a paying adult holding the same show ticket. The terms say infants under 2 are free and sit on the adult's seat, and that the venue may ask for proof of a child's age.

The terms page also says children aged 2 to 11 are free until 31 March 2026, a date that has passed, while the ticket step charges AED 62 for them and the Special Offers page says children aged 2 to 11 need a child ticket. We cannot say whether the gate follows the terms or the ticket step, so ask the venue if it matters to your booking.

A show ticket does not include the Creek Park entry fee of AED 5 a person, which the terms say is paid directly to Dubai Municipality. The venue's location page says you can pay in cash at the park entry.

People of Determination holding a SANAD card, or another card issued by a UAE government agency, enter free on a regular seat, with 50% off for one companion, subject to availability; cards issued by other countries do not qualify. The terms name no student, resident or senior rate.

The ticket step says VIP seats are chosen on the next page, after the seat plan. We did not go past the ticket step, so no VIP price is quoted here.

The venue's pool policy sets the Majestic Swim at 8 and over for confident swimmers, with a 110 kg weight limit for the deep-water experience, and the Meet & Greet at 5 and over. A paying adult aged 18 or over must be in the pool with children aged 8 to 11 on the swim and 5 to 11 on the Meet & Greet.

The water is 23 degrees Celsius, and guests bring their own swimwear to wear inside the wetsuit the venue provides. Tell the venue before booking about any medical risk, including pregnancy: the terms let the trainer cancel the session without a refund if it was not declared. A session can be moved on request at least 48 hours ahead, subject to approval and availability.

Our listing calls the Meet & Greet a shorter, drier session at the poolside and says both in-water sessions can be booked privately for up to three guests. The venue's ticket step describes three activities with the dolphins in the indoor pool with a wetsuit, and its terms put a session at up to 6 people. Check which description applies before you book for a child.

The first 3 rows of the arena are splash zones where guests may get wet. Strollers are not allowed in the arena and are left at reception, guests must stay seated for the whole show, and live streaming is prohibited.

Regular seats are first come, first served, with no assigned seats whatever section you chose when booking; only VIP ticket holders can pick seat numbers. Balloons are not allowed in the show venue, and smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises.

The terms say a purchase is valid only for the booked attraction and that no refund and no transfer applies once payment is made. The venue may refuse a refund or a change if you cannot arrive at the booked time, and may cancel or postpone programmes without notice, in which case tickets stay valid for other programmes subject to availability.

Our listing says the booking is non-refundable once confirmed, which agrees with the venue.

The venue is inside Creek Park at Gate 1, Umm Hurair 2, and describes itself as indoor and fully air-conditioned. Its location page names the Green Line stations Dubai Healthcare City and Oud Metha.
