Al Noor Island, Sharjah: prices, hours and what's on the island

Al Noor Island sits on Sharjah's lagoon waters, a nature-and-art destination open since 2015 with walking trails, art installations, a butterfly house, a children's playground and dining by the water. A plain island-entry ticket is AED 35; the Butterfly House costs extra unless you book the Standard Pass. This guide compares the passes and sets out the hours for each part of the island.

By the Bay, the island's dining experience, runs separately from 9am to 10:30pm daily.

Three passes, simplified

Island entry, at AED 35 for adults and AED 20 for children aged 3 to 12, covers everything except the Butterfly House. The Standard Pass, AED 50 for adults and AED 30 for children, adds a self-guided Butterfly House tour with an educator. The Explorer Pass is one price for everyone, AED 75, and adds an island map and an explorer toy kit on top of the Standard Pass's inclusions.

Our price for island entry is on the card above, with our cancellation terms.

What is on the island
