Airports, Ports & Stations: Your driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name.
Private Addresses: Please be ready at the specific pickup location noted on this voucher at the scheduled time.
Locating Your Driver
If you cannot find your driver, you must call our Emergency Support Line +351 969 913 454 immediately. Please do not leave the meeting point without contacting us; departures without notification are classified as a "no-show" and remain subject to full charges.
Safety & Luggage
Traveling with Minors: Local laws require specific seating for children and infants. Please verify that your booking includes the correct age-appropriate seats.
Luggage Allowance: Ensure your belongings fit within the capacity of your selected vehicle. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from exceeding these limits.

- Airport/Port and Bus/Train Station Meeting Point: The driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport, holding a sign showing the lead passenger name.
- Other Pick-up location: The driver will meet you at the pick-up adress you mentioned on voucher.
- Children/Infants: If you travel with children or babies please check that you ordered a baby seat as well. During the trip babies and children need to use specific seats accordingly their age.
- Luggage: Please check carrefully luggage allowance in the vehicle that you booked.
- Please note that is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number if you cannot locate the driver at the pick-up point. If you decide to leave the meeting point without calling the emergency phone number or our reservation office, the service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.
