But before reaching the city, we will detour to the coastal town of Getxo, where we will stop to admire a unique work, the Vizcaya Bridge.The Vizcaya Bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a remarkable feat of engineering located in Getxo, Biscay province. It is the world's oldest transporter bridge, connecting the towns of Getxo and Portugalete across the Nervión River.
Once in Bilbao, with our driver, you will pass by the Guggenheim Museum, the city's most important and modern museum, and we will drop you off at the agreed hotel or location.

Summary of our itinerary
Please see a summary of the areas we covered during this transfer. Please understand that this is very flexible and the driver may adapt the itinerary based on your needs or preferences. You will start with a pick up at your hotel in Logroño. The journey to Bilbao is 84 miles, and it would take approximately 1.5 hours to get there. However, we will be making a stop in Vitoria to walk around around the city and have something to eat, and furthermore, before reaching Bilbao, we will make a stop to see and take photos of the famous Vizcaya Bridge. All this will extend the trip to approximately 7 hours.

The Vizcaya Bridge
Just outside Bilbao, in the province of Biscay is one of the city's main attractions: Puente de Vizcaya, also known as Puente Colgante or Hanging Bridge. There are two ways of crossing it, both with equally dramatic views: the first is by gondola cable car and the second by walking along the pedestrian path. If you are still not convinced, the bridge has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for being the 'perfect combination of beauty and functionality.
