Depart from Chianti
After departing early in the morning from the San Gimignano/Poggibonsi area, you’ll travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan to Florence. Once there, your guide will share tips and suggested routes, and then you’ll have the freedom to explore the city on foot at your own pace, discovering its sights and hidden corners.

Once in Florence, you will have the chance to explore at your leisure the city’s famous markets, perfect for discovering local delicacies and unique artisan souvenirs. As you wander through the streets, take in the city’s museums, magnificent Renaissance monuments, and the timeless charm that makes Florence so unforgettable.

Back to Chianti
On the way back from our Florence day trip, we’ll make a brief stop at Piazzale Michelangelo to capture a panoramic view of the city. This iconic viewpoint is perfect for a memorable photo as the sun sets over one of Italy’s most beautiful cities.
