Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled flight at our site in Madinat Al Irfan.
There is no age limit for flying. However, children aged 2 years and above require their own seat.
Wear comfortable, fitting clothing. Loose or flowing garments are discouraged for safety reasons.
Dangerous or prohibited goods (e.g., weapons, flammables, sharp objects) are not allowed on board.
All tickets are subject to final confirmation. Operator will notify you once your flight is officially confirmed.
Please inform us in advance if any passenger has reduced mobility, a physical disability, or weighs more than 100 kg (220 lbs), as this is essential for safety and proper weight distribution.
