Ait Ben Haddou is the next castle to pay a visit. We get to it through the Ounila valley. We keep on to Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight are offered at your residency.

Ouarzazate-Draa-valley-Zagora

The first thing is departure of Ouarzazat. The next point is Agdez. Later on, we continue to Zagora alongside the Draa valley. Zagora is arrived soon after four hours. Lunch is on the place. We depart for Tamgroute to pay a visit to the local quranic library,overnight in berber camp in tinfou.

Zagora-Nkoub-Tazarin-Alnif-Merzouga

The starting point is Zagora toward Zagora. We drive through the Draa valley. We go towards the Taftechna town. The crossed points are Tazarine and Alnif. In here, lunch is served. Lunchtime is up, the visit lasts till the impressive dunes of Merzouga using via Rissani way. Reaching there changes the means of transport from car to camel. We start riding camel to. Dinner and overnight are enjoyed in a bivouac.

Merzouga-Erfoud-Tinghir-Dades-Valley

Your camel guide will wake you up early in the morning to watch what will may be the best sunrise of your life. You’ll peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga. Enroute you couldn’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses. After breakfast and hot shower in the riad, you’ll leave for Rissani, Tinghir, and Todgha gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the gorge we’ll drive through the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Overnight accommodation will be in a fancy guest house overlooking the Dades Valley with diner and breakfast.

Today our private Morocco tour continues driving towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate , called “the Hollywood of Africa”. Here we may visit local film studio and kasbah. Then we head to Ait Ben Haddou , to visit local kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco and UNESCO historical site. We continue over the High Atlas mountains till we reach Marrakech and we stay here in medina in traditional riad.
