PICK UP ALL THE GUESTS IN OLD QUARTER HANOI ( 07.00-07.30 AM. Please provide your address and be ready at your hotel lobby at 7.00 AM) (Pick up for person Who book option: "Limousine + Cruise or Private transfer". Option "Cruise from Tuan Chau island" is not included transfer round trip from Hanoi) If your hotel is out side of Old quarter area, please come to my office before 7.10 am. Via new express way: 2 to 2.5 hours transfer. We will stop over for short break 10 to 15 minutes before we reach Tuan Chau harbor. (No pressure to purchase anything. Maybe Stop in Pearl factory, pearl shop or any convenience store...). In case urgent or make sure check in on time on the cruise...we will go straight to the harbor without stop. 1-For the guests using our transfer from Hanoi Only : Pick up at your hotels/stays inside Old Quarter Area between 07h00 am to 07h20 am. If you stay outside of Old Quarter, pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House at 07.00 am then going by expressway to Halong Bay.
2-For the guests not using our transfer from Halong: Please arrive at Tuan Chau harbor on your own at 09:30 am to complete the registration procedures for boarding the cruise. If any late arrival, you might be denied by port authority or subject to an extra fee.
