(Phở bò/gà) 2.Vietnamese traditional Grilled pork served with noodle and herbals ( Bún chả) 3.Fried spring rolls. (Nem rán) 4.Stir-fried chicken with lemon grass (Gà xào xả ớt) ---- SUB DISHES ------ 1.Morning glory salad with beef (Rau muống xào thịt bò ) 2.Papaya/green mango with beef and pork salad.(Nộm đu đủ/ xoài xanh với bò/lợn) 3.Banana flower with chicken salad. (Nộm gà+ hoa chuối) 4.Stir-fried vegetable with mush room ( Cải chip xào nấm)
