Royal Taman Ayun Temple
Taman Ayun Temple is one of the most historic relics by Mengwi kingdom for the local people, this temple is used to worship the ancestral spirits of the former kings. And in the temple, there is Meru was built which functioned to worship the Gods to ask for the welfare of the Mengwi people. Meru had levels roof uneven number from roof 1 to 11 levels, the highest level roof actually dedicated to highest Gods. Tanah Lot Temple
Tanah Lot Temple is one of the most famous temples on the island of Bali which was built by a holy priest from Java named Dang Hyang Nirartha in the 16th century. This temple is used to worship the god of the sea. There are several temples built in this area that support the main temple of Tanah Lot. The weather changes frequently and the high waves have eroded some of the temple, so in 1987 the local government carried out a preservation by making the first renovations to preserve the authenticity of this temple. In this temple there is a large ceremonial celebration which is held every 210 days according to the Balinese Hindu calendar.
