Itinerary

    Welcome at the marina

    Arrive 10 minutes before departure at the entrance of Marina Port Vell, Barcelona’s most exclusive harbour. Your crew will welcome you and guide you on board, where your private chef awaits with the setup prepared for your masterclass.

    Welcome & Departure

    As we begin leaving the marina, enjoy a welcome drink while the chef introduces the masterclass. You’ll get an overview of the ingredients, tools and techniques used in traditional Japanese sushi-making - all while taking in the first views of Barcelona’s coastline.

    Hands-On Sushi Masterclass

    Once we reach open water, the chef begins the workshop. You’ll learn how to prepare several types of sushi step by step, such as: Maki rolls Uramaki Nigiri Fresh-cut sashimi presentation Your chef will guide you through cutting techniques, rice preparation, ingredient pairing and rolling methods. Whether you’re a beginner or already experienced, the class is designed to be fun, interactive and easy to follow.

    Enjoy Your Sushi Tasting

    After finishing your pieces, sit back and enjoy your creations paired with drinks on board. The table will be set elegantly, and the atmosphere remains relaxed and refined as you taste the flavors you prepared while admiring the Mediterranean views.

    Coastal Navigation & Relaxation

    With the masterclass complete, we continue sailing smoothly along the coastline. You’re free to take photos, relax on the front lounge or flybridge, enjoy music, or simply appreciate the peaceful Mediterranean setting. If sea conditions allow, we may slow down offshore so you can enjoy the scenery and take in the moment.

    Return to Marina Port Vell

    We end the experience with a gentle cruise back to the harbour. Enjoy the final views of Barcelona’s skyline before the crew assists you with disembarkation - a perfect closing to an elegant and memorable culinary adventure at sea.
