If you don't want to miss the two essential monuments in Seville, this is your tour! Romantic, beautiful, and mystical are a few words that come to mind when describing Sevilla. During our private guided walking tour with skip-the-line tickets to these two monuments, we'll provide more than just a general overview of its vast history, from the Roman era to the present day.

And not only that, after visiting them and even stopping in front of the Archivo de Indias, where all the documents from the great Spanish explorers' journeys are kept, we'll continue visiting another of the most picturesque, adorned, and lively neighborhoods in the city—the Santa Cruz neighborhood, formerly the Jewish quarter, which holds a multitude of stories of coexistence among its streets.

During our comprehensive Private Tour in Seville, you'll feel the friendly vibes and humor of the locals. We'll explore the city's curvy streets, showcasing tales from long ago and special Andalusian-style buildings from the Moorish times. We'll also chat about Seville's big parties like Holy Week and the Fair. Walking by the Guadalquivir River, we'll admire the Tower of Gold, where they noted down all the amazing riches from the New World.

And this is just the beginning! Our guide will provide excellent tips to continue enjoying the city and tasting the delicious gastronomic offerings that Sevilla has to offer.

Please see a summary of the areas we covered during this tour. An array of plazas and streets will be included that are not listed for implications purposes. Please understand that this is very flexible and the guide may adapt the itinerary based on your needs or preferences.

  2. 2

    Catedral y Giralda

Seville’s Cathedral and the Giralda tower stand tall as breathtaking landmarks. The Cathedral is massive, like a majestic castle in the heart of the city. It's full of beautiful art and colorful stained glass windows that sparkle in the sunlight. The Giralda, a tower beside the Cathedral, is like a giant puzzle made of bricks. You can climb it using gentle slopes instead of stairs! From the top, catch a stunning view of Seville—like looking at a colorful map spread out below you. Both the Cathedral and the Giralda are must-visit places where history and beauty come together, making your visit to Seville unforgettable!

  3. 3

    Archivo de Indias

The Archivo de Indias in Seville is like a treasure chest filled with old stories from faraway lands. Inside this special building, there are papers and maps that are hundreds of years old! Imagine exploring a big library, but instead of books, there are papers with colorful stamps and beautiful handwriting. These papers tell tales of adventures, discoveries, and people who traveled across oceans.

  4. 4

    Royal Alcázar of Sevilla

The Alcazar of Seville is an architectural gem steeped in history, blending various styles across centuries. Initially a Moorish fortress, it evolved with Christian influences, resulting in an exquisite mix of Mudejar, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque elements. Its rich history as a royal residence and UNESCO World Heritage Site makes exploring the Alcazar an immersive journey through time and culture.

  5. 5

    Barrio de Santa Cruz

The Santa Cruz neighborhood in Seville is a charming maze of narrow streets adorned with colorful flowers and cozy cafes. It's a place where history whispers from every corner, with hidden squares like Plaza de los Venerables and Plaza de Santa Cruz inviting you to linger. Among its jewels stands the iconic Giralda Tower, visible from many angles, and the beautiful whitewashed walls of the Murillo Gardens nearby. Don't miss the enchanting ambiance of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where every turn reveals a glimpse of Seville's rich past and vibrant culture. We will only have time for a quick introduction as this is not the main focus of this tour.

  6. 6

    Torre del Oro

The Tower of Gold served as a key strategic point during Seville's maritime trade, storing treasures from the New World. It was a vital structure for controlling access to the river and collecting taxes on goods entering the city. The Tower of Gold in Seville stands proudly by the Guadalquivir River, a gleaming remnant of the city's history. Its octagonal shape and golden hue complement the skyline, once used as a military watchtower. Visitors can explore its small museum and enjoy panoramic views of the city from the top. We do not promise we will be able to make it to the tower and it will depend on how much time is spent in the Cathedral and Alcazar.

  7. 7

    Mateos Gago Street

Mateos Gago Street is a lively and picturesque thoroughfare situated in the heart of Seville's historic center. It's renowned for its bustling ambiance, adorned with vibrant restaurants, charming cafes, and artisanal shops. This cobblestone street exudes a traditional Andalusian atmosphere, lined with beautifully adorned balconies overflowing with colorful flowers.
