About this experience

Seven Paintings is an immersive dining show in Downtown Dubai that serves a seven-course tasting menu inside a piece of theatre. Each course is built around one artist - Michelangelo, Banksy, Picasso, Pollock, Warhol, Dali and Van Gogh - and arrives with projection, sound and storytelling that turn the table itself into the canvas.

The format its creators call Dineamation blends fine dining with animation and interactive performance, so guests are part of the action rather than an audience for it. Expect to paint a salad Pollock-style, to eat a Picasso, and to take a bite out of a Warhol soup can - anyone taught not to play with their food will need to reconsider.

The show runs on Friday evenings only, from 8pm to 10pm, at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. A welcome cocktail or mocktail opens the evening and valet parking is included. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus are both available - choose yours when you book. Smart casual dress code; please arrive by 7:40pm.

    Present your voucher at reception at Sofitel Dubai Downtown and the team will seat you. A welcome cocktail or mocktail opens the evening, and valet parking is included. Smart casual dress code; arrive by 7.40pm so you are seated before the show starts.

    Seven courses, seven artists, 8pm to 10pm

    Each course is built around one artist - Michelangelo, Banksy, Picasso, Pollock, Warhol, Dali and Van Gogh - and arrives with projection, sound and storytelling that turn the table into the canvas. You paint a salad Pollock-style, eat a Picasso and take a bite out of a Warhol soup can. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus run side by side.
