🌿 17:00 – Olive Mill, Peza Valley (Duration: ~1 hour)

Continue to one of Peza Valley’s respected olive mills. Walk through the production facilities and learn how olives are harvested, crushed, and cold-extracted to produce premium extra virgin olive oil. Discover why olive oil has always been at the center of Cretan life—on the table, in the home, and sometimes even in grandmother’s medicine cabinet.
