Summary In the morning, you'll head to the beautiful Atocha train station to catch the high-speed train to Toledo, which takes just 30 minutes. Our local guide, who knows the history, customs, and secrets of the city, will meet you at the Toledo train station. The first thing to do in Toledo is to understand its location, essential for grasping why so many different civilizations chose it as their capital or one of their main cities. This will be explained from the Mirador del Valle, a perfect spot to view Toledo perched on its rock, more than 600 meters above sea level, surrounded and protected on three of its four sides by the Tagus River. After these breathtaking views, we will return to the city center and start our guided walking tour, where we’ll discover why Toledo is known as the city of three cultures.
