The Green Planet Dubai tickets: what you pay on which date, the age rules and the hours

7 min read

The Green Planet Dubai sells its Day Pass on a date-by-date price: AED 155 for an adult (11 and over) and AED 135 for a junior (3 to 10) on the dates we read in November and on 1 December, and AED 175 and AED 150 on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November and on 23, 24 and 31 December. It is open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, and the venue's terms call bookings non-refundable. This guide sets the venue's own prices, age rules and hours beside our listing, and says where the venue's pages disagree with each other or with us.

Day Pass prices by date

The venue's Day Pass page, loaded for each date on 4 November 2026, charged AED 155 for an adult and AED 135 for a junior on Thursday 5, Friday 6, Monday 9 and Thursday 12 November and on Tuesday 1 December, and AED 175 and AED 150 on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November and on 23, 24 and 31 December. The price follows the date, not the day of the week: 23, 24 and 31 December fall on weekdays.

Each fare is for the category the page names: Adults, 11 years and above; Juniors, 3 to 10 years old; Infants, under 3, free. The Day Pass restrictions say to buy online before 3:30 pm for the day you wish to visit and save, and that tickets are date-specific and cannot be used on another date.

The page offers a Day Pass with Meal Deal upgrade at AED 45 a person, for a main course of burger, pizza or pasta and a drink; infants are not included.

Premium and VIP tickets

The Premium Ticket costs AED 215 for a visitor and adds a private lizard encounter, a fish feeding experience, an animal map and seed-planting pen, a lanyard and a drink to the Day Pass, on a timed slot at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 or 16:00.

The VIP Ticket costs AED 349 for a Standard Pass, with a minimum of 2 tickets, and gives each guest an exclusive guided tour, a private lizard meet and greet, a dessert and coffee at the restaurant, fish feeding, a retail voucher of AED 15 and 1 souvenir photo. The VIP restrictions limit a booking to 10 tickets a session and ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before it starts. We read both prices on 5 and 7 November 2026 and they were the same each time.

Children, infants and supervision

The venue's pages give four figures for the youngest visitors and we cannot reconcile them. Infants under 3 free is what the Day Pass page and its restrictions say; the park rules say the child rate for ages 2 to 10 and the adult rate from 11; the terms and the Premium and VIP restrictions all say infants under 2 need proof of age, and that a child who is 2 or over at the gate needs the correct ticket bought there. We cannot say which the gate follows, so ask the venue if it matters to your booking. Our listing's child counter reads ages 2 to 10.

The venue states supervision in four places: the park rules say children must be supervised by an adult or someone aged 16 or over; the terms say children under 13 need an accompanying adult aged 18 or over; the Premium restrictions say all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult; and the VIP restrictions say children below 11 need a paying adult, guests aged 11 to 17 may take part by completing a waiver form, and all guests under 18 must have an adult present within the premises. The park rules add that the venue may change the adult age requirement.

Opening hours

The venue's opening-hours page says the park opens every day from 10:00 to 18:00.

The park rules carry a notice that the Adventure Trail and the Slide close temporarily from a Monday and stay closed until September because of summer heat. The notice names no year, while the Day Pass restrictions still list the Adventure Trail's limits, so we cannot say whether it applies on your date. The terms also let the venue change opening and closing times or remove any part of the experience.

Inside the rainforest

The park rules say the venue keeps the temperature at 24 to 27 degrees Celsius with humidity of about 75%. Food and drink from outside are not allowed, and the venue asks guests not to touch, handle or feed the animals.

The rules allow selfie sticks and standard tripods at the venue's discretion, without flash, require respectful attire, and make the building smoke-free.

Getting there and parking

The venue is at City Walk, Al Wasl. Its opening-hours page says you are entitled to 3 hours of free parking at the underground City Walk mall car park and must validate your token before exiting; the Day Pass restrictions say the pass includes up to 3 hours there, and the park rules name the C2 parking area. The Premium and VIP restrictions add that the offer is valid only on single-day admission and repeat that parking can be validated for up to 3 hours.

Cancelling and changes

The venue's terms say all bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and the Day Pass restrictions say a ticket cannot be used, transferred or redeemed on another date. The terms also say a booking confirmation must be shown in print or on a device and exchanged for a ticket to enter.

Our listing offers free cancellation up to 1 day before the experience, and no refund within 1 day. That differs from the venue's own terms, and this guide promises neither on the other's behalf: read the cancellation terms on the page you buy from.

Where our listing differs

Our listing lists parking fees under Not included, while the venue's Day Pass page says the pass includes up to 3 hours of free parking at the City Walk underground car park. The venue's terms add that online bookings include no retail or food and beverage unless listed.

Our listing is labelled a guided tour in English. The venue's Day Pass page says its trained staff will guide you through the experience and answer questions, names no language, and sells an exclusive guided tour only with the VIP Ticket.
