Changing or cancelling a booking
Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, or send us the booking reference by any of the routes above. What we can do depends on the experience's own cancellation policy, which is shown on the product page and repeated in your confirmation — some operators allow free changes up to 24 hours before, others none at all.
If something goes wrong on the day
Call or message the WhatsApp number. A booking that fails at the gate needs to be sorted while you are standing there, rather than by email afterwards.
