- We cannot accept responsibility for any cost incurred, or for subsequent, problems encountered, due to error that were not reported to us. Airport/Port and Bus/Train Station Meeting Point: The driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the airport, holding a sign showing the lead passenger name. Other Pick-up location: The driver will meet you at the pick-up adress you mentioned on voucher.
- Children/Infants: If you travel with children or babies please check that you ordered a baby seat as well.
- During the trip babies and children need to use specific seats accordingly their age.
- Luggage: Please check carefully luggage allowance in the vehicle that you booked.
- Please note that is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number if you cannot locate the driver at the pick-up point. If you decide to leave the meeting point without calling the emergency phone number or our reservation office, the service will be considered a no-show and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions.
- This service is a one-way private transfer; please include your pickup and drop-off addresses when booking. If you require a return journey, simply book an additional service using this same process.

- Para que su experiencia con nosotros sea cómoda y sin contratiempos, le recomendamos llevar lo siguiente:
- Documentación: pasaporte o documento de identidad válido y la confirmación de la reserva.
- Protección solar: protector solar de factor alto, gafas de sol polarizadas y un sombrero.
- Comodidad según el clima: ropa transpirable para el día y una chaqueta ligera para las noches más frescas de la costa.
- Calzado: zapatos cómodos para caminar por calles empedradas históricas.
- Salud y electricidad: sus medicamentos personales y un adaptador de enchufe universal (tipo F).
- Una nota sobre la seguridad familiar: si viaja con niños, recuerde que la ley exige asientos especiales. Si aún no nos ha pedido un alzador o una silla para bebé, indíquenos hoy mismo lo que necesita.
